SAMS AUTOMOTIVE CARE INC is seeking an Assistant Service Center Manager to lead daily service center operations and drive customer satisfaction. You will coach staff, manage inventory, and help meet sales and performance targets.

The role requires automotive service experience and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with English/Spanish bilingual ability preferred. This on-site position offers growth and a hands-on leadership environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous supervisory or management experience required.
• Automotive service experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach and develop employees.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing daily service center operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, and other automotive maintenance.
• Support hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members.
• Provide leadership that promotes teamwork and accountability.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist in achieving sales goals and operational performance metrics.
• Communicate effectively with District Managers, Store Managers, and team members.
