Job summary

SAMS AUTOMOTIVE CARE INC is seeking a Service Center Manager to lead the service center's daily operations and profitability in the United States. You will oversee the team, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive maintenance services while upholding safety standards.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage inventories, and collaborate with District Managers to improve performance and development. Strong leadership and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Previous Service Center Manager or equivalent management experience required.
• Automotive maintenance experience required.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily operations of the service center.
• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop all employees.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train new team members.
• Perform and oversee preventive automotive maintenance services.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Drive sales performance and achieve business goals.
• Monitor inventory and ensure proper stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA safety requirements, and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required reporting.
• Foster a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment.
• Partner with District Managers to improve operational performance and employee development.
