Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in the automotive industry or a mobile business.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the center's overall operation including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.
• Reward, recognize, and retain talented teammates while monitoring financial performance metrics.
• Ensure repairs are performed thoroughly, safely, and profitably in line with SOPs and industry guidelines.
