Job summary

Bob Bell Chevrolet in Baltimore is seeking a Service Team Member to support cashiering and BDC activities. Earn up to $22 per hour depending on experience and help deliver award-winning service.

Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting customers, processing cash/credit, handling service and parts tickets, scheduling, responding to internet leads, and coordinating rental vehicles. Evenings and Saturdays are required; benefits are available.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line telephone systems and direct calls appropriately.
• Greet and assist customers in a pleasant, professional manner.

• Process service and parts tickets accurately in the system.
• Perform filing and general office duties.
• Be available to work some evenings and Saturdays.
