Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (and comfortable learning new systems).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answers multi-line telephone systems and refers calls accordingly.
• Greet and assist customers in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using a computer system.
• Process service and parts tickets accurately using a computer system.
• Filing, general office duties.
• Must be available to work some evenings and Saturdays.
• Answer and manage incoming service calls, scheduling appointments promptly and accurately.
• Respond to internet leads and inquiries, setting appointments for service visits.
• Communicate and forward messages to the appropriate service personnel and departments.
• Coordinate rental vehicles for customers while their cars are in service.
