Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in telemarketing, customer service, automotive, or business development is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with scripts, power tracks, or similar customer contact processes.
• Professional, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor as the first point of customer contact.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls according to provided scripts and schedule sales or service appointments.
• Make outbound calls to customers for appointment scheduling and follow-ups.
• Log customer comments and update customer information in the database.
• Schedule follow-up contacts when appointments are not made.
• Confirm and reschedule no-show appointments as needed.
• Coordinate with Sales and Service departments to track appointment results.
• Generate and send letters, postcards, and emails following predetermined timelines for customer follow-ups.
• Respond to website customer requests and contact internet leads via phone and email.
• Notify relevant departments when appointments are scheduled.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.
• Meet or exceed monthly performance goals.
