Ideal candidates will have strong communication, multitasking, and CRM skills. The position offers daytime hours, working Monday through Friday with one Saturday per month, and a day off after a Saturday. Benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associates/bachelors preferred.
• Experience in customer service or automotive/service fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for service inquiries via phone and email.
• Schedule service appointments to address customer needs.
• Maintain CRM records of customer interactions.
• Coordinate with service team to fulfill requests and resolve concerns.
• Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction.
• Support special service promotions and online inquiries.
• Restock coffee/kitchen supplies.
