Job summary

Bobby Rahal of State College is seeking an Automotive Service Assistant to support our busy Service Department. Most tasks involve backing up team members, reviewing and billing repair orders, and answering phones to schedule service.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, good phone and computer skills, and a valid driver’s license. Automotive dealership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficient in phone handling and computer usage.
• Comfortable working at a desk for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Automotive dealership exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Service staff with repair orders and billing.
• Answer phones and help clients schedule service appointments.
• Assist in daily service department tasks as a starting point for growth.
