Bobby Rahal Automotive Group - Central PA Region in State College is hiring for a Service Support role in our busy Service department. You will back up team members, review and bill repair orders, and help clients schedule service appointments at the dealership.

We value integrity and transparency; this role offers on-the-job training and clear growth toward becoming a Service Advisor within the Team Rahal organization.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong phone and computer skills.
• Ability to spend a large part of the workday seated at a desk.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Automotive/dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Back up other team members in the Service department with key tasks.
• Review and bill out repair orders and answer phones to schedule service appointments.
• This role is a starting point to grow into a Service Advisor.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am to 5pm

Hourly Rate of Pay: $17.00

What You'll Do

In this position, most of your day is spent backing up other team members in our busy Service department with important tasks like reviewing and billing out repair orders or answering phones to help clients schedule service appointments. This role is a great starting point for individuals wishing to eventually grow their career and become a Service Advisor.
