Job summary

Bobby Rahal Motorcar Co. in State College, PA is seeking a Service Department Assistant to support busy operations. You will back up team members by reviewing and billing repair orders and handling calls to schedule service appointments.

This role offers a pathway to advancement within Team Rahal. Ideal candidates bring customer service focus, reliable phone and computer skills, and a clean driving record. Automotive dealership experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am to 5pm

Hourly Rate of Pay: $17.00

What You'll Do

In this position, most of your day is spent backing up other team members in our busy Service department with important tasks like reviewing and billing out repair orders or answering phones to help clients schedule service appointments. This role is a great starting point for individuals wishing to eventually grow their career and become a Service Advisor. Our team members believe that integrity matters!
