Job summary

CJ Auto and Truck Repair in Glen Burnie, MD is seeking an experienced automotive service advisor for a full-time position. We service most domestic and Asian cars and trucks, with a focus on light/medium duty diesel trucks and fleet vehicles. You will work with technicians to verify customer needs, prepare accurate estimates, and schedule work according to shop workload.

We offer 401(k), health insurance, PTO, and commissions. Hourly pay is based on experience. Monday–Friday 8-5.

Qualifications

• Customer relation skills required to interact with clients.
• Ability to build an accurate estimate for services.
• Coordinate with technicians to verify customer needs.
• Schedule jobs according to shop workload; maintain efficiency.
• QuickBooks and Tekmetric experience is a plus.
