Christian Brothers Automotive Corporation in Irving, Texas, is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor / Writer who guides guests through the repair process, explains options clearly, and ensures satisfaction with every visit.

You will manage the store workflow, communicate on the phone professionally, and build lasting relationships between the store, the guest, and the technician team while upholding honesty and integrity.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in Automotive Customer Service and/or Automotive Service sales preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications.
• Current driver's licenses; driving record acceptable to our current insurance carrier.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest that enters our facility with hospitality and respect.
• Present the best solution to properly repair our guest's vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understand.
• Manage the store's workflow in an effective and efficient manner.
• Consistently and effectively sell our services while maintaining honesty and integrity.
• Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times.
• Communicate on the phone in a clear professional manner.
• Build long-term relationships between the store, yourself and the guest.
• Directs, coordinates, and participates in performing customer service activities.
• Shuttle guests as needed.
• Ensure that all repairs are performed to proper specifications.
• Work together as a team and assist other employees as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
