Christian Brothers Automotive Corporation is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer in Aubrey, TX. This full-time role involves guiding guests through the repair process, presenting repair solutions clearly, and maintaining smooth store operations.

You will work to ensure guest satisfaction, manage service workflow, and uphold honesty and integrity in all interactions, with weekends off and opportunities for training and advancement within a locally owned shop.

Qualifications

• Must have an active driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and automotive store applications.
• Experience in Automotive Customer Service or Service Writer/Advisor/Sales role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide hospitality to guests in the facility.
• Present solutions to repair needs in an understandable way for guests.
• Manage store workflow efficiently and effectively.
• Sell services honestly without compromising integrity.
• Maintain a positive, collaborative team atmosphere.
• Communicate professionally by phone with customers.
• Build long-term relationships with guests and the store.
• Direct, coordinate, and participate in customer service activities.
• Shuttle guests in a CBA branded vehicle as needed.
• Ensure repairs meet proper specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team and assist others as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
