CarGuys Inc. is recruiting Automotive Service Advisors, Service Writers, and Service Consultants for nationwide opportunities across the U.S. and Canada.

The role involves greeting customers, writing repair orders, and communicating repair timelines and costs. Successful candidates will upsell services to drive department revenue and maintain CSI scores. We offer high earning potential with base pay plus commission and bonuses, in high-volume service departments with training in service sales

Qualifications

• Experience as a service advisor, service writer, or automotive service consultant.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to sell recommended services and build customer trust.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with service needs.
• Write repair orders and document customer concerns.
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on technician findings.
• Communicate repair timelines, costs, and updates to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and repairs.
• Manage workflow and ensure timely completion of service.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and CSI scores.
• Upsell services and increase service department revenue.
