Empire Automotive Group Volvo Smithtown: Automotive Service Advisor

Our brand-new showroom and service facility is now open, and we are looking for an experienced service advisor to join our team. Volvo is known for safety, technology, and style. Our new facility includes a service drive-through with state-of-the-art equipment, an efficient shop that increases productivity, and a modern customer waiting area with a beverage and snack bar. This is a great opportunity to grow with us, build lifelong customer relationships, and earn the income you deserve.

Your Daily Work Schedule

• Oversees service orders and flow of Service Lane
• Ensures prompt, courteous, and effective service for customers
• Owns the customer's experience, ensuring a positive impression
• Provides concierge support for owner inquiries, on phone or in person
• Manages daily inventory of technicians' time to maximize sales
• Distributes work efficiently among technicians
• Answers technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
• Maintains Customer Satisfaction Index at or above standards
• Assists in diagnosing vehicle issues and orders parts/tools as needed
• Oversees warranty claims and supervises the service department
• Ensures compliance with laws and regulations
• Maintains good relationships with factory representatives and fosters positive employee relations
