Job Description

Empire Automotive Group Toyota of Huntington is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor. Our new showroom and service facility feature state-of-the-art equipment, an efficient shop, and a comfortable customer waiting area with beverages and snacks. This is a great opportunity to grow with us and earn the income you deserve.

Your Daily Responsibilities
  • Oversee service orders and the flow of the Service Lane.
  • Ensure prompt, courteous, and effective customer service.
  • Own the customer's experience by completing additional tasks that leave a positive impression.
  • Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, both on the phone and in person.
  • Manage technicians' schedules to maximize service capacity.
  • Distribute work efficiently among technicians.
  • Answer technical questions regarding vehicle issues, warranties, and repairs.
  • Maintain a Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
  • Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and ordering parts as needed.
  • Oversee warranty claims and supervise the service department.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Maintain good relationships with manufacturers and foster positive employee relations.
