Willing to train the right person. We need Service Advisors now to keep up with high customer demand. This opportunity offers a real earning potential up to $100,000.

Service Advisor - Job Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries.
2. Consult with customers on applicable service specials.
3. Document services declined and ask for follow-up on future service considerations.
4. Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
5. Remain involved with the delivery of the vehicle to the customer upon completion to ensure all concerns are addressed.
6. Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to ensure a positive service experience.
7. Build strong relationships with customers.
