Elizabethton Ford is seeking a motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our busy service department in Elizabethton, TN. You will greet customers, listen to vehicle concerns, and coordinate with technicians to deliver quality repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service writing or dealership preferred.
• Customer-facing sales or service background required if you lack automotive experience.
• Excellent communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build relationships.
• Advise customers on maintenance and repairs and explain the value of recommended services.
• Act as liaison between the customer and technicians and keep repair orders accurate and updated.
• Maintain high CSI by ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of vehicles.
