Rogers Motors in Hermiston, Oregon, is seeking a full-time Automotive Service Advisor at our Subaru dealership. The ideal candidate has dealership or customer service experience and strong communication skills to build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Two years of experience in a dealership position preferred.
• Experience with industry-specific software is a plus.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and schedule appointments.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index rating and follow dealership standards.
• Verify warranty and service coverage; develop estimates and write repair orders.
• Maintain documentation on repair orders for warranty purposes and ensure timely completion.
• Aim to complete repairs on first visit and follow up on additional items found.
