Napleton's Kissimmee CDJR is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the liaison between customers and our service team. You will present vehicle repair recommendations, write transparent repair orders, and keep customers informed throughout the service process.

• Coordinate with Technicians and Parts for timely completion of work.
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and coworkers.
• Utilize Fixed Operations technology to streamline service.
