Requires parts sourcing, ticket building, and repair presentation experience. A strong customer service background and familiarity with automotive store software are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with sourcing accurate parts, ticket building, and presenting repairs is required.
• Driving record acceptable to our current insurance carrier.
• Experience in Automotive Customer Service or a Service Writer/Advisor role preferred.
• Familiar with automotive store applications.

• Work as a team and assist others as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
