Qualifications

• Experience in Automotive Customer Service or Service Write/Advisor roles.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and automotive store applications.
• Clean driving record acceptable to insurer.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with hospitality and respect.
• Present solutions to repair needs in clear terms.
• Manage store workflow efficiently and maintain team atmosphere.
• Sell services honestly while upholding integrity.
• Communicate professionally by phone and in person.
• Build long-term relationships with guests and the store.
• Coordinate and participate in customer service activities.
