McCarthy Hyundai - Olathe is looking for a full-time Service Advisor to greet customers, document concerns, and write service orders while coordinating with technicians to ensure timely repairs.

The role requires attention to detail, strong customer service, and a desire to sell dealership services, with opportunities for benefits and advancement within McCarthy Hyundai - Olathe.

Qualifications

• 1 year service writing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong desire to sell.
• Reynolds & Reynolds DMS knowledge preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to concerns, and write detailed service orders.
• Review vehicle recalls and verify warranties where applicable.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and review upcoming services.
• Communicate with technicians throughout repairs to update the customer.
• Provide cost estimates for mechanical and maintenance repairs.

We are looking for an experienced candidate that has strong written and oral communication skills, strong attention to detail and strives to provide excellent customer service. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, listen to customer concerns and write detailed service orders based on customer concerns
• Review vehicle report for recalls that need completed and verify applicable warranty’s
• Answering phones, schedule appointments, review recommended/ upcoming services
• Communicate to technicians throughout the process of repairs to keep customer updated
• Provide cost estimate of mechanical and maintenance repairs
• Maintain customer satisfaction score at or above dealership standards

Job Requirements:

• Reynolds and Reynolds DMS knowledge preferred but not required
• 1 year service writing experience preferred

• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
