McCarthy Auto Group in Olathe, KS, is seeking a motivated Service Assistant to support the service team and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Join the McCarthy Hyundai- Olathe team and contribute to a busy, customer-focused service department.

The role involves greeting customers, coordinating shuttle services, and assisting advisors and technicians while maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Schedule includes varied daytime shifts, with weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Clear and valid driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work outdoors and be on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Provide shuttle service for customers as needed.
• Support service advisors with documentation and follow-up.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service department and lounge area.
• Perform basic facility maintenance (empty trash, sweep floors, etc.).
• Assist service advisors and technicians with miscellaneous tasks as requested.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone

• Monday: 7am to 5pm
• Tuesday: 7am to 5pm
• Wednesday: Off
• Thursday: 1pm to 6pm
• Friday: 7am to 5pm
• Saturday: 7am to 3pm
• Sunday: Off
