McCarthy Hyundai- Olathe is hiring a Used Car Technician to join a busy service team. You will diagnose, repair, and recondition pre-owned vehicles, using electrical and computer diagnostic tools across multiple makes and models.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive technician experience.
• Able to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Excellent communication and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and recondition pre-owned vehicles.
• Perform mechanical diagnosis and repairs across various makes/models.
• Handle computer and electrical diagnostics and testing.

Job Duties:

• Inspect and recondition pre-owned vehicles.
  
• Process automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving and repair experience.
• Manage computer and electrical diagnosis, testing, and repairs on a wide variety of makes and models.
  

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years tech experience
• High school diploma or GED.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification preferred but not required
• Proven experience in automotive maintenance and repair
• Self-motivated, strong communication skills.
