Qualifications

• Five or more years of sales experience in auto repair shop management or equivalent.
• Experience in managing and coaching teams to achieve goals.
• Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain State Inspector license within 30 days.
• Willingness to work at least five days including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance and profitability through sales and expense control.
• Lead guest service standards and handle escalated customer issues.
• Manage people: hiring, training, evaluations, and coaching.
• Oversee inventory, POS processing, calls, and store operations.
