GreatWater 360 Auto Care is seeking an experienced Service Advisor/Service Writer in Boerne, TX. You will be the primary link between customers and technicians, helping to build trust and ensure vehicles are serviced safely and efficiently.

The role combines strong customer service, sales, and organizational skills in a supportive shop environment, with opportunities for career growth and a competitive compensation package.

Qualificações

• 1+ year Service Advisor/Service Writer experience preferred.
• 1+ year sales experience or demonstrated ability to sell services.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional experience.
• Enter and track customer and vehicle information in shop software.
• Build repair estimates and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Work closely with technicians to review inspection results and service recommendations.
• Notify customers when vehicles are ready and arrange payment and pickup.
