Job summary

Ciocca Kia/Subaru of Ewing, in Kentucky, seeks an energetic Service Advisor to join our growing team and drive exceptional customer service in the drive lane. You will oversee service orders, guide customers, and ensure efficient, courteous support while coordinating with technicians.

This full-time role offers commission-based pay with strong earning potential, plus PTO, holidays, insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching, and opportunities for advancement within the Ciocca Automotive

Qualifications

• Relevant automotive service experience required.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and drive lane flow, ensuring prompt, courteous service.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Manage technicians' time inventory, maximizing service sales.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing problems, ordering parts and tools when needed.

Qualifications:

• Consistent record of service and sales success
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results

Responsibilities:

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.
