Job summary

Ciocca Kia/Subaru of Ewing is seeking an energetic automotive service advisor to join our growing team. You will oversee service orders, assist owners, and ensure prompt, courteous service while supporting daily lane flow.

We offer commission-based pay ($65,000–$80,000), full-time hours including some Saturdays, PTO and holidays, and a 401(k) with company matching. Air-conditioned facilities and advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family are provided.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in service and sales environments.
• Proven ability to deliver high customer satisfaction results.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and drive lane flow; ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.
