Dennis Quick Automotive in Snyder, TX is seeking a highly organized Service Advisor to join our automotive service team. You will be the main contact for customers, manage vehicle maintenance and repairs, and help deliver a positive experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, scheduling, gathering vehicle history, providing service recommendations, preparing cost estimates, obtaining approvals, and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive education or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Sound technical knowledge of automotive systems.
• Proficient with automotive software and systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
