Job summary

Ciocca Honda of York is looking for an energetic automotive service advisor to join our growing team in York, PA. You will guide service flow, assist customers, and ensure a positive experience across every interaction.

This full-time role requires some Saturdays and offers commission-based pay with a potential of $40,000 to $80,000 annually, plus PTO, holidays, a 401(k) plan with company matching, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Consistent record of service and sales success.
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and drive lane flow, ensuring prompt courteous service.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries via phone or in person to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensure daily technicians' time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.
