Job summary

Ciocca Ford of York is seeking an energetic automotive service advisor to join our growing team. You will oversee service orders, guide the drive lane, and deliver prompt, courteous service to our customers.

We offer a commission-based pay potential of $40,000–$80,000 per year, full-time schedules including Saturdays, PTO, 401(k) with company match, top-tier insurance, and opportunities for advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of service and sales success.
• Positive customer satisfaction results.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane; ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person.
• Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and ordering parts and tools as necessary.
