Job summary

Ciocca Honda of Hanover is hiring an energetic Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. You'll oversee service orders, guide drive lane flow, and provide concierge support for owner inquiries.

This full-time position includes Saturdays, PTO, a 401(k) with company matching, comprehensive health insurance, and an up-to-date air-conditioned shop. Earn commission-based pay ranging from $40,000 to $80,000 annually as you grow.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated record of service and sales success.
• Proven ability to achieve high customer satisfaction scores.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and drive-lane flow, ensuring prompt, courteous service.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or via phone.
• Manage technicians' time and ensure it is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work efficiently among technicians.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, and repairs.
• Assist diagnosing problems and ordering parts and tools as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians’ time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.
