Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and able to interact with people throughout the workday.
• Experience with CDK/ADP dealer software is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and minimum high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle service needs and scheduling.
• Represent BMW and Group 1 Automotive with a focus on customer satisfaction.
