Job summary

Group 1 Automotive, Inc. is adding a Service Advisor to support the Hilton Head BMW service team. You will be the face of our brand, delivering excellent customer service and coordinating with technicians to provide seamless vehicle servicing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CDK/ADP Dealer Services experience is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience.
• Ability to achieve targeted goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at service visits with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle service delivery.
• Promote BMW services and upsell when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate service records and appointments.
