Lawrence Ford | Noller Automotive in Lawrence, KS is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team. You’ll be the connection between customers and technicians, helping them understand what their vehicles need while delivering an outstanding experience from start to finish.

We offer a base plus commission pay plan with unlimited earning potential ($3,000–$10,000+ per month), great PTO, competitive benefits, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person, by phone, text, and email.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers and dealership software.
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Motivated by goals and performance-based compensation.
• Team player, dependable and professional.
• Has a valid driver's license and can meet MVR requirements.
• Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and identifying their service needs.
• Writing accurate repair orders.
• Communicating customer concerns to technicians.
• Reviewing technician inspections and recommendations.
• Explaining repairs and maintenance clearly to customers.
• Providing estimates and obtaining repair authorization.
• Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Reviewing completed repairs and invoices.
• Recommending appropriate maintenance based on vehicle needs and manufacturer guidelines.
• Following up with customers.
