Job summary

Promotive is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor for a Collingswood, NJ shop. The role offers a full commission plan with potential earnings of $67,000 to $100,000+ annually and a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends.

You will greet customers, document repairs, and drive service sales in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years of experience, strong communication, and knowledge of automotive systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer.
• Proven ability to sell automotive maintenance and repair services.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a professional service experience from arrival to delivery.
• Write repair orders and recommended services based on concerns.
• Build repair estimates using technician findings and DVIs.
• Coordinate parts sourcing and repairs to maintain workflow.
• Communicate status and recommendations clearly to customers.
• Schedule appointments and support a productive service department.
• Utilize Tekmetric and DVIs to document repairs and communications.
• Meet weekly sales goals while delivering customer satisfaction.
