Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer in an automotive dealership or repair shop.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive diagnostics and repair procedures.
• Excellent client communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and transparency.
• Dealership experience is highly preferred; automotive service or technician experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, listen to their concerns, and accurately document vehicle issues.
• Prepare detailed repair estimates using estimating software and communicate options clearly to customers.
• Upsell additional services or repairs that enhance vehicle safety, performance, or longevity.

• Maintain thorough records of all service transactions, including cash handling and invoicing.
