Lexus of Atlanta, a Group 1 Automotive dealership, is seeking a high-performing Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. You will greet customers, collect vehicle information, and promote services while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of Service Advisor experience is required.
• CDK, Xtime, and TSD Experience Preferred.
• Product Knowledge and strong communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and collect vehicle information.
• Promote services and build rapport with customers.
• Advise customers on care and maintenance per manufacturer specifications.
• Generate accurate repair estimates and communicate timelines to customers and technicians.
• Answer service calls and schedule appointments.
• Follow-up with customers to encourage return visits and CSI goals.
