Qualifications

• Proven customer-facing sales experience is required; automotive background is a plus.
• Proven track record of accountability, teamwork and initiative with potential for leadership roles.
• Familiarity with CSI scores or customer surveys.
• Valid driver's license for the state you will work in and a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain pertinent vehicle information.
• Actively promote and build rapport with the customer.
• Advise customers on care and maintenance in line with manufacturer specifications.
• Generate and provide customers with a complete and accurate repair estimate.
• Establish and communicate completion times for repairs with customers and technicians.
• Answer incoming service calls and maintain service appointments.
• Follow up with customers to encourage return visits and CSI improvement.
• Strictly follow manufacturer warranty guidelines and procedures.
• Comply with all applicable laws and protect customer, company, and manufacturer information.
