Job summary

Boardwalk Honda, part of Group 1 Automotive, seeks a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in South Jersey. You will schedule appointments, prepare repair orders, and coordinate with technicians to deliver timely service. Excellent communication and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
• Honda/Acura experience preferred but not required.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates.
• Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service.
• Provide regular updates to customers on vehicle status.
• Maintain product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information.
