Boardwalk Honda, part of Group 1 Automotive, is seeking a motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. You will schedule appointments, prepare repair orders with cost/time estimates, and coordinate with technicians to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership Service Advisor experience is required.
• Honda or Acura experience preferred but not required.
• Must be available to work Saturday's
• Interpersonal Communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
• Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
• Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
• Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information
