Job summary

Sun Devil Auto in the Phoenix area seeks a Sales and Service Advisor to promote all services and products, greet customers, document needs, and provide accurate quotes. You will communicate service timelines, upsell appropriate services, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced shop environment.

The role requires a professional appearance, strong communication skills, and the ability to work Monday through Saturday in a process-driven setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• State Inspector License or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire date.
• Experience as a Service Advisor is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and by phone.
• Document customer concerns and inspect vehicle against service history.
• Recommend services and clearly explain recommendations from technicians.
• Provide accurate quotes with cost and completion time for approved services.
• Provide updates on service status throughout the day.
• Follow proper cash-out procedures and review warranties.
• Perform post-repair follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track returns and warranty parts for customers.
