Job summary

Sun Devil Auto, part of the Sun Auto Network, is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on greeting customers, confirming service needs, presenting recommendations, and quoting estimates while keeping customers informed throughout the service process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain State Inspector license within 30 days of hire.
• Willing to work Monday–Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner in person and by phone.
• Document customer concerns and review vehicle service history to identify needs.
• Present service recommendations and document all quotes and approvals.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories with product knowledge.
• Provide accurate quotes with cost and time for approved services and update customers daily.
• Record completed work, warranties, and follow up for customer satisfaction.
