Job summary

Sun Devil Auto, part of the Sun Auto Network, is hiring a Sales and Service Advisor in the Phoenix area. This role focuses on selling and promoting all products and services while maintaining company standards and exceptional customer care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, but not required.
• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment.
• Possess current, valid driver’s license.
• Possess State Inspector License or ability to obtain a State Inspector license within 30 days of hire date.
• Ability to work Monday - Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner in person and on the phone using standardized customer service techniques.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicle and refer to service history to identify needs.
• Recommend services and communicate additional recommendations from the Automotive Technician to help customer decisions.
• Promote sales of services, parts, and accessories by understanding product requirements.
• Provide customers with accurate quotes including cost and time for approved services and update on status.
• Follow procedures when cashing out tickets and review multi-point inspections and warranties.
• Conduct post repair follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction for each customer.
• Track new returns, core returns and warranty parts for individual customers.
• Adhere to company policies and demonstrate behaviors consistent with standards.
