Formación

• 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership setting preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the dealership.
• Listen to customers' concerns and accurately diagnose their vehicle's issues.
• Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and services.
• Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and services.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with customers.
