Job summary
Sun Devil Auto in Phoenix is seeking a Sales and Service Advisor to greet customers, document service needs, quote repairs, and promote parts and services. You will collaborate with technicians to translate findings into clear recommendations and maintain accurate service records.
This role offers a compensation range of $48K–$85K depending on experience, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Possess current, valid driver’s license.
- State Inspector License or ability to obtain within 30 days.
- Able to work Monday - Saturday.
- Professional appearance and process-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally in person and on the phone.
- Document customer concerns and inspect vehicles with service history.
- Recommend services and document recommendations in the customer file.
- Promote services, parts, and accessories and provide quotes.
- Update customers on service status throughout the day.
- Follow cash-out procedures and explain warranties.
- Perform post-repair follow-ups and track returns.
- Adhere to company policies and standards.
