Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service (Sun Auto and Tire Works) in Fort Mohave, AZ is seeking a competent Sales & Service Advisor to greet customers, assess needs, and promote services and products. You will provide accurate quotes, document findings, and keep customers informed throughout the service process.

The role emphasizes teamwork in a fast-paced shop environment, with responsibilities including follow-up calls, invoicing, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Possess current, valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, but not required.
• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment.
• Ability to work Monday - Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone professionally.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicle and reference service history.
• Recommend services and communicate recommendations clearly to customers.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories based on product knowledge.
• Provide accurate quotes with cost and time for approved services; update customer throughout the day.
• Process payments and review completed work with customers, including warranties.
• Conduct post-repair and declined services follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
• Track returns and warranty parts for individual customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
