The role focuses on writing and managing repair orders, communicating status and pricing to customers, and collaborating with technicians and parts to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• Experience as Automotive Service Advisor preferred.
• Franchise/OEM experience is a plus.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-through.
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Write and manage repair orders from start to finish.
• Communicate repair needs, pricing, and vehicle status with customers.
• Work closely with technicians, Parts, and Service Management.
• Sell recommended maintenance and repairs.
• Follow up with customers and declined services.
