Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments with customers.
• Greet customers and make them feel welcome.
• Work with customer and technician to identify required services using vehicle history.
• Advise customers on necessary services and costs; highlight promotions.
• Compute costs for parts and labor.
• Answer questions promptly and professionally.
• Ensure re-delivery check is complete and vehicle is clean.
• Review customer satisfaction results with service manager.
• Meet dealership standards for repair order production.
